Bennett Troyer - Shop Pup

Bennett joined the GreAT Signs family almost 5 years ago. He loves to meet new people and greets everyone with smile and wag of the tail.

You can often find him sitting in the office chairs or on his mat in front of his heater. He enjoys walks, chasing lasers and snuggles.

When asked what his favorite part of being at the shop is, his response was "Woof, Woof, Woof!" which translates into being with my shop family.

Our Story
GreAT SIGNS

Your Signs are Our Business!

At first glance there seems to be a mistake with a mix of small and capital letters in the name of the company. However, owner Greg Troyer quickly points out that the first three letters of GreAT stand for his name and the "AT" are the initials of his wife, Amy Troyer. The sign business is a family affair for Greg and Amy who moved the growing business out of the dining room, basement and garage of their home in Witmer on November 15, 2003, to the village setting of Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvannia, beside the post office. Greg does the hands-on work of vehicle lettering, banners, magnetic signs and aluminum.

Holly Shelton - Shop Manager

Holly has been with the company for just over a year now and has an extensive background in Customer Service & Accounting. She met Greg & Amy over 8 years ago at the Lancaster Barnstormers where she was the Box Office Manager.  After years of friendship and talking Holly decided it was time for a change to which she switched career paths. Her favorite part of working at GreAT Signs is the diversity of clients they serve. "Every day is different, which keeps things interesting." she stated.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs. Growing up Holly's Papa was her biggest influence when it comes to her approach to work, "He always told me that if you love the job you do, you never work a day in your life so pick the career path that makes you happy".
